How do I cancel my account?
We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we understand. The account owner can click the Account link at the top of the screen and then click the “Cancel my account” link at the bottom of the screen.
If you’re on a pay plan you won’t be charged again, but you’re still responsible for your current billing period. We don’t issue refunds or prorate partial months.
