How do I update or change our credit card?
In Basecamp Classic, Backpack, and Campfire
The account owner can change the credit card used for monthly billing by going to the Dashboard and clicking on the “Account” tab. Once on the Account screen, click the “Change card” link near the top of the screen.
Basecamp Classic:

Campfire:
In Highrise
Click “Account & settings” then “Account, upgrades, billing” and then click the “change card” link at the top of the screen. Enter the new card details on the next screen and you’ll be all set.

In a Suite
Suite owners can go to any application’s Account page and click to “Update card” like in the above instructions.
